The microSDHC UHS-I U1 32GB does not display very high write speeds, but comes directly in competition with the SanDisk Ultra microSDHC UHS-I Class 10 32GB. The disappointment is great after this test which reveals real flows well below those expected.
Theoretical measurements were made using CrystalDiskMark 3.0.4. Practical read and write measurements were made with a 6.04 GB folder containing 810 photos and then a large single 27 GB file from a 29 GB RAMDisk. After formatting (exFAT format), the Kingston microSDHC UHS- IU1 32GB has 28.8 GB useful.

This is the reduced average of 5 consecutive tests.
|Kingston microSDHC UHS-I U1 32GB - Practical Steps|
In theory as in practice, our results show bit rates slightly higher than the read rate announced by the manufacturer and this is a good point. In theory, the write speed is not as exciting, but close to 10 MB/s in practice and will ensure a Full HD recording. In contrast, the SanDisk Extreme microSDHC 32GB UHS-I A1 V30 memory card guarantees a continuous video write speed of 58 MB / s and for a few extra euros, the Kingston microSDHC UHS-I U3 32 GB offers excellent capabilities with read and write speeds of around 87 MB/s. Despite bandwidths, this large gap confines this Kingston microSDHC UHS-I U1 32 GB to only 2 stars.
Software, accessories and warranty
The Kingston microSDHC UHS-I U1 32 GB memory card is not sold with data recovery software or accessories, such as a protection box or adapter. However, it is guaranteed for life.
- Lifetime warranty.
- No data recovery software.

Despite the fact that the rates have been respected in practice and a lifetime warranty, the Kingston UHD-I U1 32GB microSDHC is not up to the competition with faster writing cards, such as the SanDisk Extreme microSDHC 32GB UHS- I A1 V30 and Kingston microSDHC UHS-I U3 32 GB for just a few extra euros.
